Arne Skogvall – Chairman
Born in 1932. Lecturer at Klippans Gymnasieskola during his working life. Arne Skogvall has since worked part-time with leasing and maintenance in the commercial real estate market. Arne Skogvall owns 220,000 shares in PharmaLundensis AB.
Bo Wennergren – Board member
Born in 1951. Ph.D. in technical chemistry. Bo Wennergren worked for many years at AB FIA Prototypverkstaden, which developed EcoFilter on behalf of PharmaLundensis. Bo Wennergren is Chairman of the Board of AB FIA Odarslövs mölla and AB FIA Prototypverkstaden, and a member of the Board of B & M Wennergren AB and Wennergren Royalties AB. He holds 100,000 options in PharmaLundensis issued privately by Staffan Skogvall.
Björn Sivik – Board member
Associate Professor and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering. Björn Sivik is Chairman of the Board of BJARGA Aktiebolag, which operates in the field of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction. In addition, Björn Sivik is a holder of a sole proprietorship with the designation SINOVO. Björn Sivik does not own any shares in PharmaLundensis, but holds 100,000 options in PharmaLundensis issued privately by Staffan Skogvall.
Stefan Ahlfors – Board member
Born in 1959. Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Lund University. Stefan Ahlfors has a solid chemistry education and more than 30 years of research and development experience as a research engineer at various departments at Lund University. In recent years, he has worked as a chemist and consultant in the private sector in various capacities. Stefan Ahlfors has no other ongoing assignments and owns no shares in the company. He holds 100,000 options in PharmaLundensis issued privately by Staffan Skogvall.
Staffan Skogvall – CEO, Board member and founder
Born in 1963. Licensed physician in 1993. Dissertation in Lung Physiology 1999 at Lund University with the thesis “Regulation of Spontaneous Tone in Guinea Pig Trachea”. Founded Respiratorius AB in 1999, and worked there as CEO and Research Director for almost seven years. Founded PharmaLundensis AB in 2007, and has since then served as CEO and Research Director. Board member since 2007. Holds 21,492,191 shares in PharmaLundensis directly and indirectly, representing 50.6% of the capital and votes in the company.
Anders Persson – Deputy
Born in 1964. Toolmaker, working in development, assembly and mechanical processing of prototype devices. Anders Persson also actively assists with the guidance of new employees within the organization. Anders Persson holds no shares in PharmaLundensis and has no other ongoing assignments.
